Jonny Hagan has set up the first ever Youth Trials Academy in Northern Ireland for the benefit of
all Youth
Riders in Grades A, B ,C & D. Our plan at the JHYTA
is to provide structured coaching and training days to encourage and develop ability and confidence in our youth riders.
The Academy plans initially to run a minimum of six
coaching/training events between Aug 2011 - Aug 2012, at a minimum
COST to
parents.
This year, instead of a coach having the same group all day,
moving from section to section. The coach will stay at a
section and the riders will move.
Hopefully this will also make more efficient use of the time
available.
Awards for those
who show best improvement throughout the year.

best riders)
